The context
Why this conversation, why now
More than a third of Malaysia's tertiary-educated workers, 35.2% in Q2 2026, are in jobs below their skills. The rate has barely moved in four years. Consensus reached in a room does not change that; programmes that keep running after the event do.
This morning TAM and MBOT launch the TUNE movement. Without this roundtable, TUNE risks launching as a TAM and MBOT initiative alone rather than one aligned with NGC/PSPN's Five Pillars for industry trust and productivity and with GCSA's trust and security agenda. The roundtable will deliver a shared roadmap and set the date of the first working track after AIFTIS 2026, grounded where possible in a real case study from a Malaysian business that has already gone through capacity building.

Objectives
What this session will set out to do
- 01Define a shared roadmap for scaling capacity building and the Malaysian Industry Trust Mark beyond AIFTIS 2026 into an ongoing programme.
- 02Give TUNE a multi-stakeholder mandate aligned with the Five Pillars and the cyber-trust agenda.
- 03Set the date for the first working track after AIFTIS 2026.
Five Pillars
Where it fits
Challenges on the table
- Capacity-building consensus risks ending with the event.
- TUNE could launch in isolation from the Five Pillars and the trust agenda.
- Trust and cybersecurity capacity must scale alongside productivity.
Opportunities to explore
- Give TUNE a multi-stakeholder mandate from day one.
- Ground the discussion in a real case study from a Malaysian business that has gone through capacity building.
- Create a natural bridge into the AIFTIS CIFTIS 2027 Working Track that follows immediately after.
Outcomes
What it will deliver
- Agree a shared roadmap for scaling capacity building and the Trust Mark.
- Align TUNE with the Five Pillars and the cyber-trust agenda.
- Set the date of the first working track after AIFTIS 2026.
AIFTIS 2026 becomes an ongoing programme for productivity and trust.
