2. Event Registration
Attendance is free. Registration is required and is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel registrations without prior notice.
Registrations are non-transferable unless expressly permitted in writing.
3. Free Registration and Workshops
There is no charge to attend AIFTIS 2026. Registration and ticketing are handled by a third-party ticketing provider.
Workshop seats are limited and are reserved separately from the Member Pass.
In the event of postponement or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify registered attendees by email.
4. Event Conduct
Attendees must behave professionally and respectfully toward others.
The organiser reserves the right to remove or refuse admission to anyone engaging in disorderly or unlawful behaviour.
You attend the event at your own risk. AIFTIS will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on https://aiftis.com, including text, graphics, logos, and media, is owned by AIFTIS or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this material without prior written consent.
By attending AIFTIS, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in photos or videos for promotional and marketing purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:
AIFTIS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Attendance is free of charge, and AIFTIS accepts no liability for losses arising from attendance except where caused by negligence.

AIFTIS shall not be responsible for any delay, change, or cancellation of the event due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, or pandemics.
